Bryan is incredibly gifted! I live in an older house with a weirdly shaped kitchen. He was able to capture my vision and bring it into reality. He checked in with me often during the renovation to make sure each part of the renovation was what my husband and I wanted. Thank you Bryan!

Outstanding craftsmanship, reliable , honest, professional, multi talented.
We had just moved into our new home and didn’t know a single contractor to help us with our bathroom remodel project. By luck we found Bryan and we could not be happier with the outcome!
Seriously, when was the last time you had a contractor show up when he said he would? Did the job he said he was going to do? Put in the time to make sure it was done right and all with a smile and pleasant disposition?
If you’re looking to build or remodel I cannot recommend Bryan and his team enough ! Look no further! These guys are the real deal!

Bryan just did a full kitchen renovation and we are very happy with the results! He is a super friendly and knowledgeable guy with a good group of subs. He always made sure we were in the loop with any unforeseen issues. He was prompt in giving us a rendering and a quote and the process started quickly after that. Thanks, Bryan!

marco POLO— you found your man!!! When you hire Bryan Polo Construction you’ll find true craftsmanship, and a crew that’s polite, courteous and looking to beautify your space.
Erin and I hired Bryan, Johnnie-the-painter and his construction company to help with mold remediation—they ended up remodeling our entire downstairs (and taking over a bathroom renovation from a previous contractor). What once was a musty old downstairs has been transformed into a functional cozy family room with a bright office and airy spare bedroom AND NO MOLD).
It’s hard finding honest folks who aren’t looking to upsell you everything under the sun—these guys are anything but that. Bryan and his guys truly love waking up and working with their hands, and it shows. After weeks of demolition, then reconstruction you build a bond with the guys who show up early mornings, day after day.
And… we’d be remiss if we didn’t say we’ll miss their cheerful banter and happy go lucky personalities but know someone else has a project that deserves their attention.
What started out as “can you put these walls back together?” has turned into a budding client/ personal friendship. Let’s put it this way, we like the guys so much we’re planning a kitchen remodel with them. (Fall, late fall, first we need to recover from this remodel).
Absolutely recommend Bryan Polo Construction — similarly to the game at the pool, if Polo doesn’t reply immediately, wait — he’s worth the find. *****
PS: Johnnie the Painter bakes cakes that are out of this world delicious … make sure your job takes long enough to score 1!
Thanks BPC & Team great work

Bryan just finished up a total remodel of our basement (hall, exterior door, living space, bedroom and sunroom) due to major water damage and mold issues. He quickly assessed the issues we had, as well as work done improperly by previous contractors, and was able to make sure all damaged and rotted material was removed, including full walls of drywall, all trim, wood paneling, all flooring, bad electrical, etc. The whole space was taken practically down to the studs, properly waterproofed and put back together even better than before. He stayed in constant communication with us, even when we were out of town. He met us during a very stressful time and really took control and helped us feel at ease during the whole process and we couldn’t be happier to have our basement back! We’re going to miss seeing Bryan and the crew, especially Johnny the painter, almost every day but will absolutely be having them back for more projects in the future.

Bryan Polo Construction removed our textured ceiling and installed recessed lighting and a ceiling fan. Bryan was very prompt when I reached out to start to the project after receiving his quote. Bryan and Johnny worked quickly and kept to their anticipated timeline. Their craftsmanship and work are fabulous. It was easy to have them in the house during the project. We call them again for our next project!

I am thoroughly satisfied with Bryan's services. He demonstrated exceptional skill in waterproofing my windows, fixing the foundation of our home, and more. His attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship were evident in the final results.

Bryan's approachable demeanor, combined with his willingness to educate me about the process, further enhanced my experience. His rates were reasonable, making this entire endeavor worthwhile, especially as a first-time homebuyer. I highly recommend Bryan for his professionalism and expertise. Thanks for everything, Bryan!
